Browse our online catalogue to view the properties we have throughout Spain. You will find a detailed description and a selection of photographs enabling you to assess each property individually and make your decision with confidence.


Should you have any questions or queries regarding any of the properties you have looked at, we encourage you to contact us either via telephone or email. If you do not know exactly what you want, we are pleased to offer advice and recommendations, or send you any additional information which may be helpful. We want you to know that we are available for anything you may need before, during or after your rental.


2. REQUEST AVAILABILITY AND PLACE A HOLD


The availability for the majority of our properties is displayed online, in instances where this is not the case, information is available upon request.


Either place an availability request or place a 48 hour hold with the dates of your choice. The hold offers a non-binding guarantee for the allotted period and gives you time to make your decision.


3. CONFIRM BOOKING


You can confirm your booking at any time during your hold period. Whenever you decide to proceed with the booking please contact us and we will send you a reservation number for you to plug into our online booking system (SSL Secured).


The Spain Select Online booking system allows you to confirm booking in 4 simple steps:


Step 1. Review Reservation Details
Step 2. Read and agree our Booking Conditions
Step 3. Fill in occupants Information
Step 4. Payment


In order to confirm booking we require 30% of the rental amount, 70% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer.

As soon as we receive your deposit, we will send you a Confirmation of Booking. The property information voucher will be sent to you once the balance payment has been received, here you will find all necessary details as well as additional information on the area, what to see, what to do.


4. ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY


The day of arrival you will be welcomed by our local property representative, he will complete the check-in and will be at your disposal for any local assistance you may need during your stay.
