This beautiful three bedroom apartment is situated in one of the most vibrant areas of Madrid and is a perfect option for anyone looking for a quiet yet central location in the capital. The apartment is located just behind Calle Princesa, one of the largest and most energetic streets in Madrid, meaning guests can enjoy more peaceful surroundings whilst at the same time staying close to the action. The nearby barrio surrounding the Calle Conde Duque has a grown up and laid-back social scene, with a number of traditional Spanish taverns as well as restaurants offering more modern international cuisine. A branch of the famous El Corte Inglés department store is quite literally on the doorstep, selling everything from electronics to high fashion and home goods. The living area is furnished with one 4-seater sofa, two matching puffs, a wooden coffee table, a shelving with TV and DVD and a leather chaise lounge on the other side. The dining room contains a large rectangular table with chairs for 8 people. Along the corridor there are 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 double (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables and an armchair;1 double (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables; 1 twin with 2 single beds (one beneath the other 0.90m x 2.00m). There are 2 bathrooms, each of one, with walk-in showers. The kitchen, is equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and a breakfast table with 4 chairs. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except from the bathrooms and kitchen which are tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
