Situated in the Torre de Madrid, one of the city’s most recognizable buildings, this lovely two bedroom apartment combines a central location with unbeatable views over the surrounding area. The Torre de Madrid overlooks the Plaza de Espana, a vibrant hub and meeting place in the centre of Madrid. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is filled with great restaurants, shops and services, including the nearby Calle de Princesa which is known for its great shopping and original language cinemas. The art deco Gran Via is situated right opposite the apartment and is one of Madrid’s most famous avenues. Those looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city should head to the nearby Templo de Debod, a popular park which gives fantastic views over the Sierra de Madrid, especially at sunset. With a metro station located right outside the apartment, guests can easily travel to other parts of the city and beyond. Decorated throughout in a bright, contemporary style, the apartment itself offers a comfortable yet stylish base in the heart of the city. The open-plan living room features a sitting room and dining table for four and gives wonderful views over the city and out to the distant Sierra de Madrid. A small private balcony features a table and chairs and is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or meal at any time of day. The kitchen is brand new and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Both bedrooms have been decorated in keeping with the rest of the apartment and feature plenty of storage space while the two bathrooms are spacious and modern. The Torre de Madrid building also features a jacuzzi, gymnasium and 24-hour concierge for additional security.

Distribution et équipements

Surface Area: 122 m2 + 10m2 of terrace. Twenty third floor: Entrance leads to a hall with the bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms on the sides. At the end of the hall there is a open-plan living / dining area. This room is furnished with one 2-seater sofa, two designr chairs, a wooden coffee table, shelving with LCD TV and a side table with a lamp. There is a dining table for 4 people with a wall mirror behind and access to the terrace. There are outside furniture - 2 chairs and table. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including fridge/ freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are two bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master one (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables; and a double bedroom with 2 beds (0.90m x 2.00m). The first bathroom is with 2 wash basins and a walk-in shower. The other one has a walk-in shower as well.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
