Constructed in the 1950s and recognized as the tallest building in Spain for a number of years, the Torre de Madrid has been recently refurbished throughout to accommodate a number of luxury apartments and services. This serviced apartment has use of a large gymnasium, event room and sun terrace that occupies one floor of the building, whilst another floor features a bar and communal area, for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. 

The Torre de Madrid is situated on the Plaza de España, one of the capital´s most vibrant hubs. The beautiful art deco Gran Vía avenue is just a short walk away, and the nearby calle Princesa is lined with shops, services and English language cinemas. The nearby neighbourhood of Conde Duque is brimming with excellent restaurants and outdoor terraces, and the Puerta del Sol, the very heart of Madrid, is within easy walking distance. The Plaza de España metro station also provides excellent transport links to the rest of the city and beyond. The highlight of this smart apartment is undoubtedly the unbeatable views it offers out over the city. A small outdoor terrace, 27 floors above ground level, allows guests to dine al-fresco whist enjoying unrivalled views of the capital. The apartment itself is brand new and has been uniquely decorated in keeping with its 1950s heritage, with elegant details like original wood chairs and wallpapering adding to its individual style. With two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a very spacious open-plan living area.

Distribution et équipements

Surface Area: 90 m2 + 10m2 of terrace. Twenty seventh floor: Entrance hall leads along the corridor to the open-plan living / dining area. This room is furnished with two 3-seater sofas, coffee table, LCD TV, a glass dining table for up to 6 people and access to the terrace with outside furniture (2 armchairs and a coffee table). The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including fridge/ freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are two bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master suite (queen-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables and armchair; and 1 twin (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m). There is a marble bathroom with 2 wash basins and a walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except from the bathroom which is tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
