Third floor: The entrance is an open plan dining/living room area furnished with a dining table for 4 people, a 3-seater sofa with chaise lounge, a design chair, a wooden table in the middle and a TV table with television and DVD. There is also a glass table as a desk with a chair. The kitchen is an American open plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom, with a fitted wardrobe, has a double bed (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 side tables with a lamp on each side. The bathroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom which is tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
