This bright two bedroom top-floor apartment is located in the Barrio of Chamberi near Rios Rosas and with easy access to the Corte Inglés department store the Calle Orense shopping district. The two nearest metro stops are Rios Rosas and the Nuevos Ministerios transportation hub, which offers direct service to the airport, as well as commuter train and several metro lines. This apartment has a large terrace for outdoor dining (with seating for six), and two lounge chairs allow for sunbathing during the summer, while a plant-lined trellis ensures residents' privacy. Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
