This flat is located in one of the most renowned areas in Madrid, in the corner of Príncipe de Vergara with the well-known José Ortega y Gasset street. It is one of the few accomodations in the area. It is surrounded by stately mansions and international boutiques. In addition, this location is home to fantastic gourmet restaurants, cafes and plenty of important tourist attractions, such as the Retiro Park and the Puerta de Alcala.

Meanwhile, the apartment itself has its own glory and charm. Located on the fourth floor and completely exterior, the property has some fantastic views overlooking the Marqués de Salamanca square. It all makes this flat the perfect option to stay in a different and exclusive area in Madrid. The entire theme of the apartment is a combination of contemporary meets modern, with its exposed brick walls, neutral tones and elegant furniture.

Living Area: This apartment is has an open-plan living area that features large windows, which provides plenty of natural light. In addition this room features the rustic, exposed brick, giving the room an abundant amount of character and charm. The furniture, located in the living room, are neutral and classic, which combines perfectly with the outstanding walls. The three-seater sofa is comfortable and is situated in font of two coffee tables. To the left of the sofa there is a decorative fireplace, which adds to the contemporary feel of the apartment. Beyond the salon area, the kitchen and dining areas are found. The kitchen is completed in a royal blue and is fully equipped with all the necessary needed during ones stay. The dining area is located in front of the kitchen and seats up to four people. It is situated close to the large windows, which gives the dining experience feel almost alfresco.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a comfortable bed (1.60m x 2.0m) completed with luxurious linens, plumped pillows and a cushioned headboard. An inviting feature concerning this room is the incredible walk in closet, for plenty of storage and the modern en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom:  The second bedroom within the apartment features two twin beds (0.90m x 2.0m) with a shared modern headboard and convenient built in closet. This bedroom has access to the second modern bathroom, which has a large basin and walk-in shower.

In the dining area there is a table for up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is part of an open-plan arrangement, that connects with the living room. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), two bedside tables, two lamps that hang beside the headboard, a spacious dressing-room area with an ottoman and en- suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom comes with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00 m), a bedside table with a lamp and a built-in closet. The second bathroom has a shower. The entire home has wooden floors except the bathrooms, which are microcemented.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 200 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
