Situated just north of the city centre, right next to the Cruz del Rayo metro station, this two bedroom apartment is located in a quieter, more residential area while remaining within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the centre. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is smart and lively, with plenty of services and good local restaurants and cafes. A little further afield is the neighbourhood of Salamanca, considered by many to be Madrid’s most exclusive barrio. With the elegant streets of Serrano, Goya and Velazquez, designer shops and boutiques and the beautiful Retiro park, the area is synonymous with luxury and style. The transport hub of Avenida de America is within walking distance, and with its many metro, bus and train lines, guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. The apartment itself is modern, bright and spacious, and has been decorated in natural tones with splashes of bright colour to add warmth. The décor is an innovative blend of contemporary and classic, with top quality modern appliances mixing with more traditional features like a chaise longue and patterned wallpaper. The living area is open-plan in design, with the sitting room leading onto the modern dining room, which in turn leads to the brand new kitchen, fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Both bedrooms have been decorated in keeping with the rest of the apartment, with plenty of storage space and modern en-suite bathrooms. The apartment building is safe and secure, with its own concierge, and also boasts a pool for guests to use during the summer.

Distribution et équipements

Surface Area: 75 m2. Eighth floor: The entrance leads into the dining area a wooden dining table for 6 people. The open plan kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. The living room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a chaise lounge, a wooden coffee table and a shelving unit with TV and DVD player. There are two bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 double bedroom (queen-sized 1.50m x 2.00m); and a twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m). There are two complete bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub. Please note that there is laminate flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and part of the kitchen, which are tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
