Situated just behind the Paseo de Prado, this modern three bedroom apartment offers guests a comfortable and stylish base in a great central location. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is home to a wealth of sights, attractions and services. The beautiful park "el Retiro" is just over the road - with a lake, monuments and plenty of green space it is the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon or weekend. Madrid's famous "Big Three" art museums are all within easy walking distance, as is the glamorous Ritz Hotel. The apartment is situated in the historic Barrio de Las Letras neighbourhood, bursting with beautiful architecture, good restaurants and boutique shops. The Atocha train station along with a number of other transport links are located nearby, meaning guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. Distribution et équipements

Surface area: 150m2. Third floor: The entrance leads into a wide open plan kitchen-, living room- and dining area with 2 large windows and a French balcony looking out onto the street. The living room area is furnished with a 6-seater sofa, a coffee table, TV and DVD player. The kitchen has an island in the middle with a bar and 3 high chairs and the dining area has a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, 4-ring gas hub (stove), oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom is separated from the living room area with a large crystal door and consists of a double bed (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m), fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower;  1 double-bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.40m x 2.00m) and a twin-bedroom (with 2 twin beds 0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms which are tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
