This one-of-a-kind two-bedroom apartment is located in the idyllic neighbourhood of Chamberi. This area is located just a stones throw away from the busy centre, which is can easily be visited by using the fantastic metro, bus lines or even by walking down the glorious Castellana. Chamberi is an upcoming neighbourhood, as students begin to discover its various qualities. Yet it remains a very much-appreciated area by families. In addition, it is known as the original area of Madrid due to its fewer tourist crowds, stunning architecture and abundant amount of tapas restaurants.

Meanwhile, the apartment itself is located on the third floor of a prestigious building. The building itself features a concierge, gym, sauna, indoor pool and a spectacular outdoor rooftop pool. When walking into this apartment, the immediate reaction is to notice the elegant set up, the amount of natural light and the overall spaciousness of the space. The apartment has been designed to provide our guests comfort on luxury furnishings. 

Living Area: The living area incorporates the salon and the dining area, giving the area an open-plan set up and spacious sensation. The dining area features a round table sat beneath a modern chandelier and seats for up to four people. The salon area has a large black carpet, two armchairs, a comfortable three-seater sofa, an elegant ottoman, a wooden coffee table and a flat screen television. This area has various different colours and shapes, which provides the space with plenty of character and charm. The wooden floors, large floor to ceiling windows, pillar and elegantly styled walls makes the overall area a luxurious living space and an ideal place to enjoy after a long day in the city.

Kitchen:  The kitchen is located just beyond the dining area, but remains completely separate. It has a modern design and has been fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and cutlery needed during ones stay. In addition, it features a bar area with two chairs, which is ideal for quick meals or just for a general seating area in the kitchen.

Master Bedroom: The Master bedroom is modern, with natural tones and has large windows that provide plenty of natural light that can also be blocked by the custom made curtains. The comfortable bed (1.50m x 2.00) features plumped pillows, luxury linens and a padded headboard. This bedroom also has modern built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a combination of both neutral tones and splashes of colour, making the room feel playful, in addition, this room also has large windows, giving the space a lot of natural light. This room has twin beds (0.90m x 2.0m). This bedroom also features built-in wardrobes for added storage.

Bathroom 2: The second bathroom has a large basin, with a built-in shelves for additional storage, as well as a useful bath/shower unit.

The master bedroom has a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, built-in closet and en- suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fitted with two beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with bedside lamp and a built-in closet. The second bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are both tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
