The surrounding area is known for its great restaurants, designer shopping, and a large number of the capital's must-see sights and attractions. The streets of Serrano, Jorge Juan and Ortega y Gasset are particularly good for finding designer clothing and fine jewelry, whilst the smaller streets close by are home to some of the best dining in the city. The impressive Plaza de Colon, wide Avenida de Castellana and historic national library are all just a stone's throw away. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove). The master suite has a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m. There is a second bathroom with bath. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom, which is tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
