This warm and inviting apartment is in Chamberi, close to the Castellana.  This traditional and affluent neighbourhood is characterised by its tree lined streets and old world tranquillity. Towards the end of the 19th century, the Spanish nobility established their residence in this area (especially in the eastern part where this flat is located) and built small palace mansions. There is an eclectic and wide ranging array of bookshops, restaurants, cafe's, art galleries and museums, such as the lovely Sorolla museum, which is located in the famous painter's former residence and studio. The large circular Plaza Olavide, is the centrepiece of this neighbourhood, and is known for its terrazas and bars. The metro stations of Gregorio Marañon and Alonso Cano are nearby, as is the Parque Canal Isabel II, which features a driving range and paddel courts, as well as a jogging path and golf course. The flat has been professionally decorated and is very bright and spacious, with parquet floors and original artwork.  It has two bedrooms which are on opposite ends of the large living area, which makes it ideal for two people. The kitchen is spacious, featuring top of the line appliances, and a breakfast bar that opens onto the living room. Three balconies face the street. The apartment is on the second floor and has central air conditioning and heating.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
