Situated in Espoz y Mina Street, next to the popular Plaza de Santa Ana and within walking distance of the Puerta del Sol, the geographical centre of Madrid, this two bedroom apartment offers ample and peaceful accommodation in the lively heart of the city. The neighbouring streets play home to many of Spain's most important theatres, a variety of cinemas and a multitude of traditional restaurants, cafes and bars. The Puerta del Sol, just a two-minute walk away, offers excellent communications and, with the shopping district of Preciados at hand, all imaginable amenities. Also within walking distance are the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. The apartment itself is situated on the third floor of a well restored traditional building.
