The open entrance hall leads into the living room area furnished with one 3-seater sofa and two 2-seater sofas, 2 armchairs, a side table with a lamp and 2 designed coffee tables in the middle. This area is connected directly to the terrace that has 1 table and 1 bench. The dining area is separated from the living room and has a table for up to 6 people. The access to the kitchen is from there and it is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, 3-ring gas cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with access from the kitchen with the washing machine. Along the corridor there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom (king- sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 side tables with a lamp, a chair, a floor lamp, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower; 1 twin bedroom (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m) with a table in the middle, a designed chair, a floor lamp and fitted wardrobes; 1 double bedroom (queen- sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and a fitted wardrobe. The second bathroom has a bathtub. There is forth single bedroom just next to the kitchen for maid service if desired. Please note there is parquet flooring throughout the property except for the bathrooms, kitchen and dining area which are tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
