Famous for its leafy, pedestrianized streets and emblematic wide avenues, the Salamanca district is full of designer stores, stylish cafes and exclusive restaurants. Many of the city's must-see sights are within walking distance, including the impressive Plaza de Colon, the historic Avenida de Castellana, the National Library and the tranquil Parque del Buen Retiro, arguably the best and most famous park in Madrid. You can also reach the capital's "Big Three" art museums, as is the beautiful art deco Gran Via. The area has excellent transport links, and guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond via metro, bus, taxi or local train with ease. 

The apartment itself is bright and welcoming, with an open-plan living and dining room that makes the most of the property's space and light. Contemporary in style and design, there is ample seating for guests, a flat screen television, and a dining table that seats four. The kitchen is situated right next to the dining area, and is effectively part of the open-plan space, although a small breakfast bar provides an element of separation. The kitchen is brand new and stylish, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.

Distribution et équipements

Surface area: 80m2. Third floor: The entrance leads in to the open kitchen and living / dining area. The living room area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa with a side table with a lamp, two wooden coffee tables, a designed chair, a plant,  a floor lamp and a TV table with TV and DVD. It has also access to a balcony with a coffee table and 2 chairs. The dining area has a crystal dining table for 4 and is separated from the kitchen with a bar with 2 high chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m with 2 side tables with 2 lamps. The open closet between the bedroom and bathroom has plenty of storage. The walk in shower is separated from the bathroom.  Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms which are tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
