From the heights of Centro de Colón, guests will have access to panoramic views of the Spanish capital, a 24-hour concierge room service and an in-house restaurant, culminating in a residencial experience that would be the envy of many locals. Of course, you will want to go out and explore the city, and with the apartment enjoying a convenient location just off the *Paseo de la Castellana* avenue, a host of top class restaurants, cafés, shops and independent boutiques will all be within easy and simple reach. Meanwhile, Barrio Salamanca, which is often cited as being the city's most upmarket district, is within short walking distance, as are the characterful neighborhoods of Justicia and Chamberí. The exploration of the rest of Madrid is made simple by a healthy range of transport connections within your apartment's immediate radius: Colon metro station is practically on its doorstep, and you won't have to look hard to find a bus or a taxi nearby.  In Calle Colon XI, you will be inhabiting an aesthetically modern living space packed with character, light and fantastic views out onto the nearby Plaza Villa de París. As you enter through the front door, the first thing you'll notice is the marble floors that pave the way throughout most of the home. Immediately to the right, from this standpoint, is a door that leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which features an elongated breakfast bar and two designer stools, in addition to clean, metallic lines and a range of modern, electro-domestic appliances. On the opposite side of the corridor you'll find a lavatory and, directly ahead from the entrance is the main living area, comprising a combined lounge and dining space in an open-plan arrangement. Here, there is dining space for four people around the circular, candelabra-topped table and plenty more room to recline and relax and socialize with co-guests, whether on the large sofa, the reclinable leather arm chair or indeed any of the other handpicked furnishings. But perhaps the most eye-catching feature of this particular area is the huge windows facing the grand square below through which ample light puts in and illuminates the space; the blinds will give you control over your living room ambience. In the bedroom is perhaps where you'll find a slight change, beginning with the wood flooring. A large double bed awaits a weary pair when the day is done, complemented by twin, wall-mounted nightstands with lamps and additional built-in storage. The windows in this room offer another angle of the plaza. This bedroom is also annexed by an en-suite bathroom, complete with bathtub and shower combo and marble-like ceramic finishes. All in all, a perfect home for a pair!

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
