This apartment is located in Aravaca, an area just outisde of Madrid that offers the advantages of a small town, having a town centre with shops and restaurants. It is two stops on the train from Madrid's central station of Principe Pio and a ten-minute drive from Moncloa and the shopping district of Princesa. It also benefits from easy access to Madrid's M30 and M40 periphery motorways. The apartment building provides a shared swimming pool (from June to September) and gymnasium facilities for its residents, as well as underground parking. 

The main advantage of this apartment are the impressive views on the Sierra mountain range. The interior of this modern two-bedroom apartment has been professionally decorated, and includes original artwork throughout and a large L-shaped sofa is the centerpiece of the living room. The entrance hall leads into a living and dining area with sliding doors opening onto the large terrace.

Distribution et équipements

Surface Area: 82 m2 and 30 m2 terrace. Fourth floor (top-floor): The entrance hall leads into a living/dining area furnished with an L-shaped 4-seater sofa, coffee table, a TV table with a 32" LCD TV, DVD and a glass dining table that seats six. This room has sliding doors opening onto the large terrace. Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
