The surrounding area is popular with well-heeled families and young professionals looking to enjoy its close proximity to the city’s most famous park. El Retiro is famous for its lake, monuments, shaded walkways and vibrant weekend atmosphere, and homes nearby are highly sought after. The impressive Paseo de Prado (home to Madrid’s “Big Three” art museums) is nearby, and the Atocha train and metro station is within walking distance, meaning guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. The surrounding area has plenty of shops, services, cafes and restaurants, so guests needn’t venture too far from home to find what they are looking for. The apartment itself is spacious, bright and elegant, having been decorated in a discrete, contemporary style.  The focal point is the large open-plan living and dining area, which has a comfortable sitting area, dining table for six, and elegant chaise longue. The floor-to-ceiling balconette windows fill the space with light and offer views out to El Retiro. Polished parquet flooring, designer light fittings and stylish furniture complete what is a comfortable and graceful space. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, separated by glass walls and a sliding door. This keeps the benefits of open-plan living while giving an added sense of privacy and separation. The corridor from the entrance hallway leads at the end to the living / dining all exterior furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 large ottoman, 2 glass coffee tables, 3 side tables with 1 lamp and decorative candles, TV table with a 40" SONY television and a DVD player. In-between the living room area and the dining area there is a chaise lounge and an olive plant. The dining area has a dining table with chairs for 6 people with 2 candelabras on top and another olive plant next to the table. The kitchen is separated from the living / dining area by glass walls and a sliding door with an island in the corner of the kitchen with 2 high chairs. It is equipped with refrigerator / freezer, oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher, washing/drying machine and wine fridge. Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
