Surrounded by the some of the best in luxury retail and recreation (Salamanca is touted by locals for its world-renowned designer labels in fashion, homeware and the like, as well as some of the city’s finest dining), it already enjoys all sorts of exclusivity. It also enjoys a wonderful proximity to the northern fringe of Parque del Retiro – Madrid’s most celebrated patch of green space, which is often cited among Europe’s best. Meanwhile, the lengthy boulevards that are Calles Serrano and Velazquez – flanked from top to bottom by shopping-shaped delights – stretch out towards the north of the city. Alternatively, exploration of Madrid is possible via a number of means, starting with the nearby Principe de Vergara metro station and extending to the numerous bus and taxi stops in the area. 

Media coverage apart, Alcala II speaks for itself. The top-tier duplex features a spacious living room that, much like the rest of the property, has been very sharply furnished. This communal space also includes a bureau area with a large desk, allowing you to mix work and pleasure in comfort and style. On the upper floor sits a counterpart living room with a special bonus: access to the apartment’s wonderful, sun-drenched terrace. The entrance leads into a spacious living room that is elegantly furnished with a large leather 3-seater sofa, an ottoman, a coffee table and wall-mounted flat screen TV with a storage cabinet underneath. The lounge also has a working area with a large desk and two comfortable chairs. On the second floor there is another large living area furnished with an L-shaped sofa, 2 elegant armchairs in the same fabric as the sofa, 2 wooden armchairs and 2 small coffee tables. The room has direct access to the beautiful terrace equipped with an outside dining area and complemented qith an outdood Jacuzzi. The dining area and the kitchen are open into the living area throught it's right side. The large wooden dining table can seat 8 people at a time. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven and microwave. This spacious apartment has four double bedrooms located on the first floor and are distributed through a hallway. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a modern leather armchair, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and has ample built-in wardrobes. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), two bedside tables with modern lamps, a small working area and ample storage space thanks to wall-to-wall built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has a large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a bedside table and lamp and large walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a bedside table with a lamp and built-in wardrobes as well as a comfortable working area. The apartments third bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and is located directly across the hallway. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Conditions de réservation

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
