Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 40 m2. First Floor. The entrance leads into the living room furnished with a chill-out sofa, a mirrored coffee table, an armchair, a lamp, sideboard with TV and a mirrored round dining table with 2 designer chairs. Separated by a screen, there is a Jacuzzi with TV for 2 people. The kitchenette, on the right side of the entrance, offers a fridge / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery. The master suite consists of a double bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.40m x 2.00m) with two bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower head. There is fitted carpet throughout the apartment, except for the bathroom and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions
We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage. Entries are made after 4.00 PM and departures before 10.00 AM.
