Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 60 m2. Second Floor. The entrance hall leads into the living room with two French balconies facing onto the street. This room is furnished with a leather 3-seater sofa, marble coffee table, 2 puffs, and LCD TV. The simple but decorative kitchenette offers a mini bar, 1-ring ceramic hob, cooking utensils and crockery. The master suite consists of a double bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.40m x 2.00m) with two bedside tables, projector TV and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and TV. There is laminated flooring throughout the apartment, except for the bathroom, which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
