This is an area that is rich in character, and has an abundance of traditional cafes and restaurants. Furthermore, the Royal Palace and the Basilica of San Andres are nearby. Local traffic restrictions mean that this property, despite such a privileged location, is untroubled by traffic noise. The apartment's living room enjoys charming views from two large balconied windows, which overlook the square and beyond; whilst its two bedrooms have interior windows, providing complete tranquillity for a good night's rest. This is a very cosy apartment, classically decorated with a good use of colour throughout. The living room has been decorated in beige tones, which contrasts with the warm cardinal red paintwork of the neighbouring dining room. These two rooms have hardwood floors, while sisal carpets have been placed in the hallway and bedrooms. The property has two complete bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. This master bedroom also benefits from a walk-in dressing room. The second bedroom, as seen in the photo gallery above, is small and has two twin beds, perfect for children.

There is second bathroom with bath and hand-held shower head. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, washing machine and a dining table for two people.
