General Description

This five star three bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the exclusive Salamanca barrio in central Madrid and offers exceptional space and luxury in a privileged location. On the doorstep are many quality restaurants and cafes, the extensive shopping district of Serrano, and the street of Ortega y Gasset, which is famed for its select designer shops. The apartment itself - recently renovated in its entirety - is exterior and enjoys an abundance of light, thanks in part to there being no tall buildings in front, but rather the gardens of a mansion. The living room offers access to a terrace which overlooks these gardens, and is sufficiently large to offer its residents the possibility of al fresco dining. The decoration throughout is bright, tranquil and contemporary and benefits from original artwork and luxurious rugs. The ample kitchen and marble bathrooms have tiled floors, but otherwise all flooring is parquet. The apartment offers sleeping quarters in the form of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a fourth bedroom for maid service, it that should be desired.

Surface Area: 240 m2. Third Floor. The entrance hall leads into a large living/dining area furnished with a pair of 4-seater sofas, a coffee table, two armchairs, a 32" LCD television and DVD player. Separate from a sideboard, there is a wooden dining table that seats six and a chaise longe. This room has doors opening onto a terrace. The kitchen, to the left of the entrance, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast table for four people. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities. There are three bedrooms: 1 master suite (with a queen-sized 1.50m x 1.90m bed) with an en suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes; 1 double bedroom (with a queen-sized 1.50m x 1.90m bed) and 1 twin bedroom (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m). These rooms share a second bathroom. There is also a fourth room for maid service that has a single bed (0.90m x 1.90m) and a shower room. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment, except for the bathroom and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions
We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged. Calculate security deposit Entries are made after 4.00 PM and departures before 10.00 AM.
