It is found in the barrio of Salamanca, between the streets of Claudio Coello and Velazquez, on the corner of Ayala and Lagasca. This area has elegant tree-lined streets and grandiose architecture. On its surrounding streets, there are exclusive boutiques and fashionable restaurants. Its communications are excellent, having three metro stations within walking distance. Occupying the corner section of the building, the apartment boasts seven balconied windows that look onto the street below. It has been completely renovated to the highest standard and is furnished with quality furniture and fittings. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note that there is a fourth room available with an en suite shower in what is considered the service quarters. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions
We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged. Calculate security deposit Entries are made after 4.00 PM and departures before 10.00 AM.
