Famous landmarks such as the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace are only a short distance away. The area is renowned for its trendy tapas bars and restaurants; and the highly popular street for dining and tapas, La Cava Baja, is just around the corner. For access to other parts of the city, the metro station of La Latina is less than a five minute walk away. The building is representative of the local architecture and has been maintained to the highest standard, and now includes a recently installed elevator, which provides a touch of modernity to such a historic property. The apartment is ideal for a couple as it has a master bedroom with a large en suite bathroom; it also has an additional bed, located just off the living room, should you want to bring along other guests. With hardwood floors throughout, the décor is warm, inviting and elegant, including two traditional shuttered balconies that flood the main open living area with light.

One has a 3-seater sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, an ottoman, an LCD TV, DVD player and it has two beautiful French balconies facing out onto the street below; the other area contains a square dining table for four, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a bedroom (double bed 1.35m x 1.90m) with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom that has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. There is a second bed (1.50m x 2.00m) next to the dining area. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment.

Booking Conditions
We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage. Entries are made after 4.00 PM and departures before 10.00 AM.
