Living Room: Enjoying an abundance of natural light, thanks to its two, sizeable French balconies, the home’s focal point has been elegantly furnished with a three-seater sofa, two beautiful, custom-upholstered armchairs, a glass coffee table (which gives the illusion of hovering above the designer rug), a modern lamp and a bespoke, wooden stand upon which sits a large plasma TV. For taking in some crisp, city breeze, there is a chair on one of the balconies.

Kitchen: The beautiful, largely wooden storage and cabinet units and custom backsplash for the cooking hubs add a touch of retro to what is otherwise a very clean and contemporary aesthetic. Part of a semi-open-plan arrangement that includes the dining area. Floors are paved with micro-ceramics. Comes fully equipped with a range of modern electro-domestic appliances and a full range of utensils.

Dining area: Accessed via the kitchen and semi-partitioned by a wall. It is a nice, intimate space in which to enjoy communal meals or otherwise socialize. Furnished a contemporary, picnic-style table and seating for at least four people in the form of a bench with a custom backboard, fitted to the wall (which also serves as additional storage) and two designer chairs).

Master Bedroom & En-suite: Boasts a classically elegant aesthetic, featuring a large, double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with bespoke backboard, two bedside tables with vintage-style lamps.

This bedroom’s en-suite bathroom facility features marble tiling, a sink bowl of modern design and a sizeable, walk-in shower set on a slight platform.

Bedroom #2: Sharing a similar aesthetic to that of the master bedroom, this room’s bed is slightly smaller (1.50m x 1.90m). Its twin nightstands and lamps are also professionally handpicked and inhabitants are afforded ample, built-in wardrobe space.

Bedroom #3: Suitable for children or guests, this room is furnished with two beds (0,90m x 1,90m), a shared bedside table with a lamp and a wardrobe.

Bathroom #2: Exhibiting a slightly more muted and simplified aesthetic to its master, en-suite counterpart, this bathroom features clean surfaces, built-in storage, a heated towel rack and a large bathtub with a shower.

The third bedroom has two beds (0,90m x 1,90m), a bedside table with a lamp and a wardrobe. The second bathroom features a bathtub with shower. The home has wooden floors in the bedrooms and the living room; micro-cement in the kitchen, dining room and one of the bathrooms; and tiling in the en-suite bathroom.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
