Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 100m2. Second floor. The apartment's entrance leads into a spacious living/dining room with two French balconies at one end a mirrored wall at the other. The lounge area is furnished with an 'L-shaped' 3-seater sofa, an elegant coffee table made from a genuine trunk of solid wood, a side table with a retro-style lamp, plus a flatscreen television, designer reading chair and a large rug. The dining area is adjacent to the lounge area and seats 4 in arm chairs around the dining table. Meanwhile, the kitchen area is found just off the entrance hall and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceramic hob, and an oven/microwave. Both bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed (1.50m x 2.00m), 2 nightstands with large retro-style reading lamps, built-in and wardrobe storage across one side. The master en-suite features a walk-in shower as well as a shelf under the sink for storage. The second bedroom features a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m), a small bedside table as well as a study desk complete with a modern office chair and vintage-style reading lamp. There is a long mirror on the wall above the desk and built-in storage for clothing etc. This bedroom's en-suite bathroom also features a spacious, walk-in shower and additional storage in the shape of a 4-drawer chest, and a shelf beneath the sink. There is wooden flooring throughout the property except in the kitchen, which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
