Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 80 m2. Fourth floor. The entrance leads directly into the dining/living area, which includes a 3-seater, L-shaped sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a plasma TV with the DVD player; there is a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a 2 ring ceramic hob (stove), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m), with a built-in head board and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a wash basin and a toilet. Please note there is parquet flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
