The master suite of the three chambers is both a site to behold and a space to enjoy and relax. It features a gigantic king-sized bed as well as two armchairs set cosily in front of a decorative fireplace and floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. The walk-in closet and twin French balconies round off what is a truly enviable room in which to retire for the day. Each of the other bedrooms also boast ample storage space and luxury linens, with the second of the three bathrooms also home to a walk-in shower. With a highly covetable location and an enchanting aesthetic, this is a truly fantastic base from which to enjoy the Spanish capital.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 120 m2. Second floor. The entrance leads into the spacious living / dining area that is elegantly furnished with two large 3-seater sofas, two elegant armchairs, a coffee table and wall-mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player. The lounge also has a round wooden dining table for 5. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven and microwave. The hallway that leads to the living room has a clever enormous closet which is where the laundry area of the apartment is found. This spacious apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps, 2 beautiful armchairs elegantly placed in front of the decorative chimney, together with two small coffee tables annd a flat screen TV. The walk-in wardrobe leads onto the master en-suite bathroom that has a comfortable bathtub and ample storage space. The second bedroom has a large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), two bedside tables with modern lamps and a high colourful headboard. The second bathroom just across the hallway from the bedroom has a walk-in shower and ample storage space for the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m), a bedside table and lamp, built-in wardrobes and a small wardrobe. The apartments third bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and is located directly across from the third bedroom. There is wood flooring throughout the property, except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
