Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 120m2. Fourth Floor: entrance hall leads into a large living / dining room; it is furnished with two 3-seater sofa, 2 glass coffee tables and LCD TV with DVD player. There is a marble table with seating for 6 people. The modern kitchen, with Corian worktops, is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. There are two bedrooms (with dressing rooms): the master bedroom consists of a double bed (queen-sized 1.50m x 2.00m), 2 bed-side tables with lamps and en-suite bathroom that has a bath with shower; and 1 twin (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second bathroom with bath. Please note that there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are both tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
