Located directly behind this area is the conservatory-styled dining area. This room gives the whole living space plenty of natural light due to the glass walls; it also gives a sensation of dining-alfresco. The large wooden dining table and six comfortable cream chairs sit beneath two elegant chandeliers, ideal for formal dining. This space also includes a luxury bar area featuring two bar stools, which is ideal for entertaining guests.

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and spacious. In addition, it is fully equipped with everything one would need during their stay. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to seep into this room. It also includes a round table with four chairs, suitable for quick dining.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is spacious. In the entrance to this room is a walk-in closet styled experience, featuring a row of built-in wardrobes. Located behind this is the bed. The large bed (2m x 2m) is completed with luxury linens, plumped pillows and a padded headboard. This bedroom also features a desk and chair, an ottoman an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom itself, has two basins, the loo and the walk in shower are both separated by frosted glass doors. Overall this en-suite is the perfect bathroom for a couple.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features a elegant day bed (1.10m x 2m) completed with luxury linens, plumped pillows and padding surrounding the bed, making it also a comfortable seating area too. This bedroom features a desk and chair, as well as built in wardrobes and an en-suite. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and storage spaces.

Third Bedroom: The third bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2m) they are completed with luxurious linens, plumped pillows and padded headboards – pure comfort. The room also features built-in wardrobes, a desk and chair.

Third Bathroom: The third bathroom is modern; it features a walk-in shower and has plenty of space.

Terrace: The terrace area has been designed similarly to the refined interior, with class and comfort. It features fantastic views overlooking Madrid, with the four famous skyscrapers in the distance. The area is made up of a large comfortable sofa, a coffee table and two wooden chairs, ideal to enjoy drinks in the glorious Spanish sunshine. Located behind this area there is a small kitchen with a barbecue and a breakfast bar. For a true dining alfresco experience, this wonderful terrace features a round table with four chairs, hidden beneath an iron gazebo, covered in vines. Beyond this area is the elegant sunbed, which is ideal for pure relaxation and for soaking up the sunrays. Resting parallel to the sunbed is small plunge pool, perfect to cool down in. The whole terrace is features greenery and rustic lanterns; all these small details make the space have character and charm.

The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds (1,10m x 2,00m), a side table with a lamp, a desk with a chair, built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom comes with a double bed (0,90m x 2,00m), a desk with a chair and built-in closets. There is a third bathroom with a walk-in shower. The rooftop terrace features a BBQ area, a breakfast bar with two stools, and a seating area with a coffee table and two chairs. Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
