Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 130m2. Tenth floor. The entrance leads directy into the living / dinning area furnished with a large 3-seater sofa, 2 elegant armchairs, a comfortable chaise longue, a double mirror and metal coffee table and a flat screen TV and DVD. The large glass dinning table can seat eight guests at a time. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. The master bedroom is exterior facing and is equipped with a large king size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a walk-in wardrobe. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also exterior facing is furnished with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) a bedside table and a lamp. The second bathroom has also a large walk-in shower and is located directly across from the second bedroom and is therefore also ideal for guests. Please note that there is wood flooring throughout the apartment except for the kitchen and bathrooms which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
