Another addition to our cluster in the renowned Torre de Madrid this premium two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment offers the kind of lifestyle that many locals would envy. Constructed in the ’50s and once recognized as the country’s (and the continent’s) tallest building – Torre de Madrid was refurbished in recent times and now incorporates a number of deluxe services, amenities and apartments.

These aamenities include access to a large, full-spec gymnasium and solarium complemented by a sun terrace that occupies an entire floor, and a 24-hour concierge service. Meanwhile, Torre Madrid XXIX, is a characterful, contemporary and spacious apartment that boasts ample light, a very communal, open plan spatial arrangement and some of the most spectacular views of the Spanish capital that you’re likely to find. A fantastic option for a small family or group.

Entrance: Built as much for its inhabitants’ functionality as their enjoyment and comfort, entering Torre Madrid XXIX will see you land right in the heart of the home’s open-plan arrangement: the combined lounge/diner space.

Dining Area: The first key zone encountered upon entering the apartment. Comprises a large, timber-framed table with custom, built-in tabletop surfaces for mealtime use and custom-upholstered seating for six. Against the wall, you’ll find a beautiful shelved cabinet full of crockery, glassware and books. We have also added a vintage, life-sized mirror and a lampshade that hangs over the dining table, suitably illuminating mealtime scenarios and adding ambience.

Kitchen: Found directly opposite the dining area and ‘semi-partitioned’ from the rest of the main living area, it exhibits a very clean and modern aesthetic thanks to all-white surfaces trimmed with chrome. Comes fully equipped with a range of electro-domestic appliances and utensils. Also includes a mini ‘breakfast bar’ by the entrance for quick meals.

Lounge: Not only a spacious main focal point of the property, but also filled with light thanks to two huge windows that reveal the stunning vistas of the city. To allow guests to make the most of this unique feature, the lounge is orientated towards the natural light source and the views, and furnished with: a vintage centre table set atop a cream-colored rug; two large sofas upholstered with high-quality fabrics; a tall side table with a retro style reading lamp.

There is a second ‘section’ of the lounge which serves well as a reading/‘chillout’ area, or can be used to extend the lounge when there are more guests. This section is furnished with a 3-place sofa, armchair with customized, patterned upholstery, two side tables of individual design, a contemporary standing lamp rug and original artwork. From here, you also have access to the private terrace, fitted with a table and two chairs so you can soak in the scenery as authentically as possible.

Bedroom & Bathroom(s): From the lounge area, a small passageway gives access to the master (and only) bedroom, the semi-en-suite bathroom facilities and the private, shared walk-in closet.

The bedroom features a large double bed (1.80m x 1.90m) with customized headboard (flanked by two individual night stands, one of which has a reading lamp), a large window with the same orientation as those of the lounge, and a large, circular designer wall mirror. Against the wall at the foot of the bed, a wooden desk with chair and reading lamp will allow you to comfortably take care of important business such as postcard writing before bed.

At the end of this second passage is the spacious walk-in closet, featuring ample built-in clothing storage on either side, and a tall, built-in mirror the size of a door.

Each of the bathrooms has a similar setup: walk-in shower with glass screens, washbasin with shelving underneath for storage and a heated towel rack. They are found right next to each other, mirroring the arrangement of the other master suite facilities.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 125 m² + 5 m² of terrace. 11th floor. The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable three-seater sofa and a loveseat set around a wooden table, as well as a side table and a cabinet with plasma TV and premium channels. In the dining room there is a wooden table for six people. There is also a space in the living room that is fitted with a two-seater sofa bed (1.20m x 1.90m), an armchair and a small table with lamp. The terrace has a table and two wooden chairs. The large kitchen is part of the open-plan living room and is fully equipped. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), two bedside tables with lamps, armchair, a wooden desk with chair and reading lamp, a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and sink unit featuring additional storage. The second bathroom has a shower and storage space under the sink. The entire home has wooden floors, except the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
