Another addition to our cluster in the renowned Torre de Madrid this premium two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment offers the kind of lifestyle that many locals would envy. Constructed in the ’50s and once recognized as the country’s (and the continent’s) tallest building – Torre de Madrid was refurbished in recent times and now incorporates a number of deluxe services, amenities and apartments.

These aforementioned amenities include access to a large, full-spec gymnasium and solarium complemented by a sun terrace that occupies an entire floor, and a 24-hour concierge service. Meanwhile, Torre Madrid XXIII, is a stunning, luminous and spacious apartment that enjoys ample light, a very communal, open plan spatial arrangement and some of the most spectacular views across the Spanish capital that you’re likely to find. A fantastic option for a small family or group.

Entrance: The front door opens into the apartment’s entrance hall: a long passage with shiny wood floors and walls lined with original artwork that branches off into an ‘L’ shape.

Bathroom 1: The first room on the right of the entrance corridor. Features floors and walls tiled in stone and a spacious walk-in shower encased by transparent, glass screens and with wooden decking on the ground. Directly opposite the bathroom is a built-in storage closet.

Bathroom 2: Just after the first bathroom along the passage. Almost identical to the main bathroom in both its aesthetic and structure – this time incorporating a bidet.

Master bedroom: Guests of the master suite enjoy plenty of light during the day, as well as the awe-inspiring views of the sprawling madrileño metropolis beyond. They will pass the nights on a large double bed (2.00m x 2.00m) flanked by two faux-vintage nightstands with retro-style reading lamps atop them. The bed has been given a custom headboard and there is a deck-style reading chair by the window, as well as built-in wardrobe space along one wall.

Bedroom 2: Very similar in its composition to the master chamber, this room has been furnished with two single beds (0,90m x 1,90m) swathed in our customary, premium linens. It also has a customised, upholstered headboard fitted to the wall, a beautiful, full-size mirror.

Kitchen: Contemporary meets retro in a space carefully constructed for the preparation of hearty meals. A bright sky blue, punctuated by metallic handles and white surfaces, permeates its shiny fittings and storage spaces. It comes equipped with a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, and microwave as well as crockery and other essential utensils.

Lounge/Diner: The focal point of this home, thanks to its strategic situation at the very end of the corridor, its abundance of light and space and the incredible views it enjoys from both the windows and private terrace. It is fitted with two, 2-person leather sofas; a comfortable office chair and wooden desk with a retro style reading lamp set by one of the windows; a contemporary, timber-topped coffee table and matching side table with reading lamp. The coffee table sits on top of a high-quality rug, and you will find a beautiful wooden sideboard place behind one of the sofas for your favorite tipples.

The dining area features a glass-topped table and seating for four people, with a backdrop of central Madrid for meals thanks to its positioning by one of the windows.

Private terrace: Accessed from the living area, this wonderful little outdoor space allows you to sip your coffee in the sunshine as you bid the city good morning. Intimate, al fresco dining is also an option, thanks to the small wooden patio table and chairs we’ve placed there.

Other amenities: Guests of Torre Madrid XXIII also enjoy: elevator access, pool and gym access, 24-hour concierge, A plasma television with stand, internet access, central air conditioning and a pressurized air heating system.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 120 m². 20th floor. The living / dining room is furnished with two loveseats, a comfortable reading chair, a practical ‘puff’ bed (0.70m x 1.90m), coffee table, a side table with lamp, two lamps, plasma TV with stand and DVD, and a desk with reading lamp and office chair. In the dining room there is a glass table for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a double bed (2.00m x 2.00m), two bedside tables with lamps, a chair and a large built-in closet. The second bedroom has two beds (0,90m x 1,90m), a chair, a bedside table with lamp and a large built-in closet. The first bathroom has a shower with wooden deck. The second bathroom also has a shower with wooden deck. Except the bathrooms, which are tiled, the entire property has wooden floors.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 200 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
