Situated at one end of the beautiful Gran Via avenue, the Plaza de Espana is a vibrant transport hub and close to a number of Madrid’s top sights and attractions. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is filled with good restaurants, shops and services, and the long Calle Princesa street is home to large department stores and original language cinemas. The neighbourhoods of Sol, Justicia and Chueca are within easy walking distance, as is the lovely Templo de Debod inner city park. There is a metro station located just outside the apartment building, meaning guests can travel easily throughout the city and beyond. Situated on the 17th floor, this modern corner apartment is ideal for a couple or small family. Decorated throughout in a contemporary style with high quality furnishings and natural tones, the highlight of the apartment is its spacious open-plan living area which includes a sitting and dining room. The space is filled with light thanks to the large windows that wrap all the way around the room and open out onto the small private terrace. Offering fantastic views out over the city and to the Casa de Campo Park and Sierra de Madrid beyond, the terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a drink or meal at any time of day. Leading off from the living room is the modern kitchen which comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the bedrooms has been decorated in keeping with the rest of the apartment and offers ample storage space, while the family bathroom features a double sink and large walk-in shower. Recently renovated throughout, the building itself offers guests the opportunity to make use of its private facilities which include a rooftop pool and fully-equipped gymnasium.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 72 m2 + 10 m2 of terrace. Seventeenth floor: Entrance hall leads to the open-plan living / dining area. This room is furnished with two 3-seater sofa, a side table with a lamp, a wooden coffee table, shelving with LCD TV, a square glass dining table for 4 people and access to the terrace with outside furniture (2 chairs and a table). The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including fridge/ freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are two bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master bedroom (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables with a lamp on each side; and 1 single bedroom (0.90m x 2.00m). There is a marble bathroom with 2 wash basins, a bidet and a walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
