Sitting right on the famous Plaza de Espana, the building occupies one of the best locations in Madrid and is perfectly positioned for guests to explore the rest of the city. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is bursting with good restaurants, cafes and bars, and there is an abundance of both independent and brand name stores. The nearby Calle Princesa is noted for its great shopping and original language cinemas, while the beautiful art deco Gran Via avenue is one of the capital’s most famous streets. The Templo de Debod park is just a short walk away from the apartment, and offers wonderful views over the distant Sierra de Madrid, especially at sunset. With a metro station located right outside the apartment, guests can easily travel to other parts of the city and beyond. 

Offering unbeatable views over the surrounding area, the apartment itself has been decorated in a simple, contemporary style. The living area is open-plan in design and features a comfortable sitting area and dining table for four, while large windows fill the room with light. A small private balcony overlooking the swimming pool (open from June to September) is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or drink at any time of day. The kitchen is brand new and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is bright and spacious and includes a modern en-suite bathroom, while the twin room is ideal for children or additional guests. Both bedrooms feature ample storage space. The Torre de Madrid building also features a gymnasium and 24-hour concierge for additional security.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 122 m2 + 10m2 of terrace. Seventeenth floor: Entrance leads to a hall with the bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms on the sides. At the end of the hall there is a open-plan living / dining area. This room is furnished with one 2-seater sofa, two designr chairs, a wooden coffee table, shelving with LCD TV, a dining table for 4 people. There is an access to the terrace with outside furniture (2 chairs and table). The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including fridge/ freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are two bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master one (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables; and a double bedroom with 2 beds (0.90m x 2.00m). The first bathroom is with 2 wash basins and a walk-in shower. The other one has a walk-in shower as well.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
