Surface Area: 50 m2. Thirtieth Floor: Entrance hall leads to the open-plan living / dining area. This room is furnished with one 3-seater sofa, one leather design chair, a set of coffee tables, shelving with LCD TV and a dining table for up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. The master bedroom consists of a double bed (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables and fitted wardrobe. There is a marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except from the bathroom which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
