Meanwhile, the neighborhood is arguably one of the city's best connected, with metro and bus links waiting to whisk you away to whichever part of the city takes your fancy. Toledo II has been given the top-to-tail Spain Select interior treatment by our talented team. Your path through the property is paved with well-maintained laminate flooring – except for the modern tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms. Colorful walls have been coupled with bold prints and toned down with elegant white furnishings to create a finish that screams modernity and comfort all at once. The living room/dining room combination features two French balconies so that you can soak up the unfolding scenes of the city from a unique vantage point. For mealtimes, the dining table, which seats up to four people in a cosy, circular setting, has been specifically forged for this apartment, while other fittings, like the chairs alongside the American-style kitchen island, have been specially selected by our designers. Staying with the spacious kitchen: shiny surfaces and well-camouflaged storage units play host to a full inventory of electrical and ceramic essentials to ensure that you will be able to cook and dine suitably during your stay. Both of the bedrooms boast easy access to their respective bathing and showering facilities. The master suite features a queen-sized bed with twin nightstands, elegant reading lamps, and plenty of built-in wardrobe storage. Meanwhile, the second bedroom has been fitted with a trundle bed, beside table and lamp and hosts a walk-in shower as part of its contemporary, open-plan composition. This is a truly charming hideout within the heart of a city that boasts more than a few charms of its own. Please note, the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator available in the building.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 80m2. Third floor (no elevator): Entrance leads into an open plan living/dining room with three french balconies overlooking the street. The living area is furnished with a 3-seater leather sofa, a small coffee table, a modern leather chair and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The round wooden dining table can seat 4 people. The open plan kitchen is partially separated from the living room by a wall and it is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 ring-ceramic-hob (stove), washing machine, oven and microwave. The main bedroom is on the left side of the apartment and it is furnished with a queen size bed (1.50m x 2.00m), two bedside tables with elegant lamps and built-in wardrobes. The adjacent bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (0.90m x 2.00m) with a bedside table and a lamp. This room’s bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of €250 before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
