In addition, the spectacular Retiro Park, national library and Puerta de Alcala are all found within a five-minute walk. This apartment is close to the city center and some of Madrid’s main attractions, all in which can be reached by using the Serrano metro station.

The apartment itself is located on the third floor and contains a mixture of both contemporary and modern style. Its spacious rooms have been carefully styled by our professional team of interior designers, who focus on both comfort and class. This apartment also features a 24-hour concierge services and private parking, located directly in the building. Its wooden floors, large windows and elegant furnishings makes the apartment an idyllic home during ones stay in Madrid.

Living Area: The spacious living room has an open-plan lounge and dining area. The large wooden dining table and six elegant dining chairs are sat below a chic rose gold chandelier. Beyond this area is the salon, complete with two white sofas (one of them is a sofa bed, 1,40m x 1,90m), a coffee table and a flat screen smart TV. The sofas look out of the elegant French doors, which have views over looking the well-known Paseo de Recoletos. These large windows allow plenty of natural light into the space.

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and kitchenware needed during ones stay. It also has a bar area, with three comfortable stools, which is ideal for quick meals.

Master Bedroom: The large master bedrooms features an entrance area, completed with built-in closets, which provide plenty of additional storage. The comfortable bed (1.80m x 2.00m) is completed with luxurious linens, plumped pillows and a padded headboard. The en-suite bathroom features a walk in shower and a basin with storage space below. In addition, there is a designer armchair, a flat screen TV, a large window that also looks over the beautiful Paseo de Recoletos and original artwork, which all provide the space with plenty of character and charm.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which are completed with luxurious linens, plumped pillows and a shared padded headboard. The window looks over the impressive communal patio and receives plenty of light. This room also features fitted wardrobes and has access to the second bathroom.

Second Bathroom: The second bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a basin with additional storage below.

The kitchen is independent and features a breakfast bar with three stools. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two beside tables, an armchair, a TV mounted on the wall, built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom comes with two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), two bedside tables and built-in closets. There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors except for the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.

  • Entries are made after 4.00 PM and departures before 11.00 AM.
