Living room/Dining room: decorated in a modern style with neutral tones, this elegant space is very luminous thanks to its three balconies. A two-seater sofa decorated with black and yellow cushions, along with an original armchair, surround the squared coffee table, creating an interesting ambience of contrasts. The dining room features a glass dining table with four comfortable chairs. Two vertical mirrors complement the space, conveying a sense of spaciousness. Our interior design team has carefully chosen all the accessories to give the space its vitality and personality.

Kitchen: found in an independent area but open to the dining room, this modern kitchen has been decorated in a more minimalist style, with high-end appliances in white and gray tonalities. It is fully equipped and has all the necessities to guarantee an exceptional stay.

First bedroom: this bedroom has been decorated with warmer tones and features a double bed and two nightstands, each with its own lamp. The bedroom has built-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with shower of a modern design. The bedroom is ideal for two people.

Second bedroom: this bedroom features a single bed dressed in white linen, where accessories bring color and life into the room. The bedroom is fitted with built-in closets and a small table lamp.

Third bedroom:  found at the end of the hallway, this bedroom features built-in closets and a double bed framed by two nightstands, each with its respective lamp. The tones in this room are more neutral, letting the black cushions and the texture in the wall really stand out, a more elegant and sophisticated bedroom ideal for two people.

Second bathroom: following the same aesthetic line as the bathroom in the master bedroom, this bathroom is large, modern, and features a large walk-in shower.

The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to four people. The kitchen is open to the living room and it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a single bed (0,90m x 2,00m) and built-in closets. The third bedroom is fitted with a king size bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps and built-in closets. There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
