Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 90m2. Second floor: Entrance leads into an open plan living/dining room. The living area is furnished with a 3-seater L-shaped sofa, glass coffee table, a flat screen TV on top of a stand with storage space, and a steel and glass dining table for 4 people. Directly to the right of front door is a fully equipped, open plan kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 3 ring-ceramic-hob (stove), washing machine/dryer, oven and microwave. On the left side of the apartment there are two large bedrooms both with floor to ceiling windows and en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), two bedside tables with lamps and built-in wardrobes. The adjacent bathroom has a large bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) each with a bedside table and lamp, a built-in wardrobe, cozy carpets and a chair. The large window leads onto a small balcony. This room’s en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
