The apartment is situated in the neighborhood of Chamberi, known as a quieter area, yet remains just a short walk or metro ride into the city center.

Meanwhile, this three-bedroom apartment is found between two metro stations, allowing the rest of the city to be your oyster. Chamberi is a lively neighborhood that embodies the city in both tradition and architecture. This location is a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as tourists. The apartment itself is elegant, unique and stylish. This apartment has handpicked furnishings and fixtures, individually chosen by our interior design team. It’s colourful character; comfort and modern theme are some of the many elements, which make this apartment an excellent escape from the city center.

Living/Dining Area: The entrance of the apartment opens up to the open-plan living area. This features the kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. The tones of this apartment are modern, bright and full of character, which compliments the space. The kitchen is modernly styled and features a large fridge, an oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher and a washing machine. In addition it has all the necessary crockery and utensils one would need during their stay. Located close to the kitchen is one of our favorite touches to the property, the black beam. This beam gives the apartment a spacious warehouse feel, which is a very popular design today. The dining area is located parallel to the kitchen. It features a stylish dining table with six comfortable dining chairs. Beside the dining area, the lounge can be found. The lounge consists of a white sofa which ideal for pure relaxation. It also has an idyllic customized carpet, with a round coffee table placed on top. There are also two extra chairs, which provide extra seating for guests. There are two French door-styled windows that overlook the beautiful street.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is fit for royalty. The large bed (1.80m x 2m) is lavished with luxurious linens, plumped pillows and a padded headboard. The large window that allows plenty of natural light to illuminate and air out the room. We also have installed customized curtains, which help block out light and gives our clients additional privacy. There are also two bedside tables and built-in closets for extra storage.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features a large bed (1.60m x 2m) and has luxurious linens, plumped pillows and a padded headboard. On either side of the bed there are bedside tables with bedside tables. In addition there are built-in closets and a large window, which adds plenty of natural light. The customized curtains also feature in this room, they adds privacy to this room overlooking the city street.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom has two twin beds (0.90m x 2m), which can be ideal for children or young adults. This room also features a built-in wardrobe for the extra storage.

Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms located within this apartment. One of which features a walk-in shower and the other, a bath. Both bathrooms also coincide with the modern theme of the apartment.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 100 m². Fourth floor. The living - dining room is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa, two chairs, a wooden coffee table, an ottoman, a side table, standing lamp and plasma TV. In the dining area there is a wooden table for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open-plan (connecting to the living room). The master bedroom features a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables and built-in closets. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), a bedside table and built-in closets. In the third bedroom contains single two beds (0,90m x 2,00m), two lamps above the headboard and built-in closets. There are two bathrooms. One of them has a shower and the other one has a bathtub with a shower combination. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
