It enjoys a setting within the capital's calm Chamartin neighborhood, with easy access to the city centre thanks to the nearby Avenida de America transport hub. Known as the financial district in Madrid, it has an array of top restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. When you enter Principe de Vergara V's front hall, it leads you into the sunbathed main living area where you will find an open plan lounge/diner. Some of the premium home comforts in an area that was constructed for exactly that (comfort) include a huge sofa, flat-screen TV and a chaise long at one end, and a large wooden dining table for 6 at the other. Our interior designers have gone to town with some of the trimmings, such as the lampshades, plants, and subtle details like the candelabras and hanging bulbs. In the fully-equipped, modern kitchen, there is further seating for more intimate dining around a rounded table. All of the bedrooms elaborate the earthy, muted color scheme that helps to create a perpetual warmth throughout the space. Inhabitants of the master suite will enjoy access to a private, his-and-hers style walk-in closet and, beyond that, a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also well-illuminated during the day, and cosy when night falls with and can be spatially rearranged to accommodate guests' needs. These rooms have access to the property's second bathroom, which features a wonderful, brick-effect tiling on the walls that will briefly transport you to a New York-style living space. All-in-all, this is a wonderful family home in an exclusive area.

Accommodation and Facilities

Space: 119m². From the entrance hall, heading immediately left leads you into the spacious and elongated living / dining area that has been professionally decorated with a large 3-seater sofa, flat screen TV (encased within a recess custom-built into the wall), an elegant, cream-colored chaise long, a stone coffee table, a smaller, modern-design side table and standing lamp and a rug. The dining area has been embellished with an authentic wood dining table surrounded by 6 designer chairs, a glass candelabra set and, above, three designer lampshades cover the hanging bulbs. Going straight ahead the from the front door takes you to the bright, minimal-design, contemporary kitchen which comes complete with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and separate dryer, full-spec oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob; a pair of naked, designer bulbs float above one of the countertops. This space has been transformed into a second dining space, with the inclusion of a rounded wooden dining table and 4 padded dining chairs. The main bedroom is located opposite the entrance of the house and features a large double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) clothed in our standard, premium linens, a large designer rug, bespoke, 2 nightstands padded and upholstered reading chair and a side table in the form of a repurposed wooden stool with a contemporary reading lamp set atop it. This U-shaped space leads round a corner to a twin, walk-in closet that, in turn, leads to the spacious, modern en-suite where you will find a walk-in closet, heated towel rack and additional storage among its highlights. The other bedrooms are found by making a u-turn from the front door. The second bedroom features 2 large twin single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can either be combined to form one larger bed, or separated to make two individual beds; there is additional, in-built storage in this bedroom, as well as a pair of nightstands. Bedroom number three also houses a pair of twin singles (0.90m x 1.90m), in-built storage in this bedroom and a shared nightstand with a vintage-style reading lamp. There is a second bathroom featuring green, ‘brick-style’ tiling, additional storage below the sink, and a walk-in shower. Flooring throught the property is laminate wood, except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
