Situated on the eighth floor, this lovely apartment has its own private terrace that gives great views of the city below. Complete with small dining table and sun chairs, it is the perfect place to enjoy an after-dinner drink and watch the sun go down over the capital. The interior of the apartment is modern and bright, with contemporary furnishings that strike the right balance between comfort and style. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining room has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out onto the terrace and fill the space with light for much of the day. The kitchen is compact yet modern and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is comfortable and has ample wardrobe space, although please note that there is a sloping ceiling which may not be suitable for some. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and has a separate bath and shower. With a good central location next to a number of good transport connections and a fantastic private terrace giving views of the city, this lovely apartment is a great option for those looking for a comfortable base in Madrid.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 50 m2 and 10 m2 of terrace. Eighth floor. The entrance leads into an open living / dining area furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a side table with a lamp, a wooden coffee table, a wooden TV table with a LCD TV and a DVD player and a dining table for 4 people. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washing/drying machine. The bedroom (with a queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) has an en suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and 2 side tables on each side of the bed. Please note that there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom, which is tiled. Please note that whilst the building has an elevator, there is a small staircase before you reach the apartment.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
