Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 50m2. Seventh floor. Entrance hall to the left side leads to the open-plan living / dining area. The living area is furnished with a 3 seater L-shaped sofa, a white coffee table, shelving with TV, DVD player and a dining table for up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob (stove), dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom consists of a king sized bed (1.80m x 1.90) and a small bedside table. There are fitted wardrobes located on the left side of the main entrance. The bathroom can be accessed through the living area; it has a walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the kitchen and bathroom which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
