Details such as the modern mirror complementing the dining room and the curtains that harmoniously match the living room’s furniture bring elegance and distinction into this cozy space. This social area also features a terrace with a small table and two chairs, a space perfect to have an open-air breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning or to spend a relaxing afternoon of reading.

Kitchen: the kitchen is open to the living room/dining room and features a modern design that uses high-end appliances and white furniture. Third bedroom: this bedroom is exterior and is also located to the left of the social area. This bedroom features built-in closets and a single bed framed by an original headboard with a grid design, which gives it a touch of singularity. It is a room ideal to allocate a single person.

Bathroom: found between the second and third bedrooms, this bathroom features a design that reminisces elements of industrial design: neutral colors, wooden floors, an attractive white beveled tile pattern on walls and an original black edging border that sophisticatedly limits the tiling.

The terrace has a table with two chairs. The kitchen is part of the open-plan living room and comes with a breakfast bar with four stools. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, two lamps, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp and built-in closets. The third bedroom comes with a single bed (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp and built-in closets. There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the master bathroom which is tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
