General Description

Situated in one of the most privileged neighborhoods of the Spanish capital, this apartment is perfect for six people looking to have a pleasant stay with family or friends. Salamanca is the district that stands out for its high fashion brands and majestic buildings, a select zone where very traditional monuments like the Parque del Retiro and the Puerta de Alcalá are found, among others.

This house stands out for its decoration, in which simplicity and touches of color are the protagonists. Different shapes and materials create a very spacious and appealing first floor, ideal to spend a few months in the Spanish capital.

Living room/Dining room: just by entering the apartment, a wall with a space opening is appreciated, which connects the hallway and the living room/dining room. This element provides spaciousness and brings a slightly different feel to the design of the room. Two ambiences are noticed: to the right, the living room, where an armchair, a bench and a sofa surround a coffee table. Everything follows the same balance and line of order, both chromatic and structural. Moreover, a chaise longue is set in front of the TV, which is hanging on the wall. To the left of the hallway, the dining area is seen, fitted with a table with space for six people and decorated with candles, a complement that brings warmth to dinners.

Kitchen: the dining room leads to the kitchen; fully equipped. The worktop is made out of marble, a fashionable material this season, and features four stools, perfect to enjoy breakfast everyday. Its illumination is exquisite thanks to the chandelier.

First bedroom: a double bed is placed against a headboard, an essential piece to frame the relaxation zone. The velvet footboard gives the room a majestic feel. The en-suite bathroom is designed in marble and features two small sinks and a shower.

Second bedroom: two single beds are separated by a nightstand and a lamp; very useful for late-night readings. Everything follows a similar esthetic, where the white and slight touches of blue are the protagonists. Also, a chair placed next to the window creates an attractive area, ideal to contemplate the view or to simply relax.

Third bedroom: it has two single beds and a chair with a table lamp. Everything follows a minimalistic style in neutral tones.

Second Bathroom: it opens up through a sliding door and features a shower and a sink, a very functional and bright space.

Guest bathroom: next to the kitchen is the guest bathroom. It has a very special feel thanks to the striped black and white wallpaper.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 170 m2. First floor. The living area is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a chaise longe sofa, two coffee tables, a slipper chair, an armchair, an ottoman, a side table with a lamp, a standing lamp and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to six people. The kitchen is independent and has a breakfast bar with four stools. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, two lamps, an ottoman, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp, an armchair and built-in closets. The third bedroom comes with a trundle guest bed (0,90m x 2,00m), a stool with a lamp and built-in closets. There is a second bathroom that has a walk-in shower. There is also a spare room with a fold-down bed. In addition, there is a guest bathroom. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms and the kitchen which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
