The property is situated just a five minute walk from the Lista metro station, with a number of other metro stations also within easy reach. With two small private terraces and a fresh, modern décor, the apartment itself is ideal for a single person or couple looking for a stylish yet practical base in the city. The open-plan living and dining area is comfortable and serene, with high quality furnishings, designer light fittings, and patterned wallpaper. A small terrace with lounge chair leads off from the dining area, and is the ideal place to read, relax or enjoy a coffee at any time of day. Accommodation and Facilities

Surface Area: 75 m2 + two 1.5 m2 terraces. Seventh floor: Entrance leads into the living / dining area with a small terrace facing out onto the street. The living space is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a reading chair, wooden coffee table, side table, and a storage unit with wall-mounted flat-screen TV and DVD player. A modern steal pillar creates a separation between the lounge and dining area. The dining room table seats 4 and is bright as it is next to the wall to floor windows that lead on to the terrace. The kitchen is located at the entrance of the apartment and is equipped with a fridge / freezer, 2-ring gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed (1.90m x 1.50m) with two bedside tables, a 2 large built-in wardrobes, and a small terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed (1.90m x 1.50m) and two bedside tables. Please note: this bedroom does not have storage space. The bathroom has a shower and modern washbasin. There is laminate flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
