Surface area: 138 m2 + 56 m2 terrace. The entrance hall opens directly to a staircase that leads to an open living/dining area. The living area is furnished with a 4-seater sofa, 2 small coffee tables and a flat screen TV and DVD that rest on a TV base with storage space. The dining area has a round table for 4 people. There are large sliding windows across the living area that give access to the terrace. The terrace has a corner sofa-set for 6, 2 small coffee tables and two lounge-beds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), and washing machine. There is a sliding door that separates the bedroom and bathroom from the living room and kitchen. A hallway with built-in wardrobes lead onto the bedroom that is furnished with a queen sized bed (1.5m x 2.0m), a side table, wall-lamp, single standing light fixture and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Please note that there is wood flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms, which are tiled.
