The beautiful Retiro Park can also be reached on foot or by bus, and is an ideal place to go at weekends. The apartment is just a short walk away from two different metro stations, and within easy reach of the M-30 ring road which leads towards the business parks in the north of the city. Located on the fourth floor of a classical Madrid building, the apartment itself is bright and sunny, and has been furnished in a welcoming, contemporary style. The colourful and spacious open-plan living room includes a sitting area and dining table for four, both of which open out onto the small private balcony via modern glass doors. The balcony features a small table and chairs for two, and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an after-dinner drink while watching the world go by. The fully-equipped kitchen is located just off the living room, and is separated from the dining area by sliding doors – guests can choose to leave this open or close them for more privacy and separation. The master bedroom is elegant and comfortable, with a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom that features both a bath and shower. Surface Area: 96m2. Fourth floor: The entrance leads into an open living / dining area. The living room area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a side table with a lamp, a low wooden coffee table, a designer floor lamp, 2 designer chairs, a flat screen TV and DVD. The dining area has a table for 6 people. This area has direct access to a small terrace furnished with a table and 2 chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), and washing machine. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m), 2 side tables with a lamp on each one and a fitted wardrobe. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a trundle bed, a side table with a lamp and a fitted wardrobe. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note that there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms, which are tiled.

We ask our clientes to pay a refundable security deposit upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within 7 days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
